This project consisted og the external redecorations and internal common parts improvements and redecorations.

The internal common parts works included:

• Redecorations
• Supply of new staircase carpet
• Replastering
• Upgrade of electrical and fire alarm system
• Tiling to ground floor hallway
• New intercom system

The building was occupied throughout the works and we worked together with the residents to minimise disruption.
