Ricky established Vesta with 10 years experience working as a Commercial Manager for a Main Contractor in London. Now, he oversees the senior management team ensuring he is fully appraised of each project as it progresses.
Outside of work Ricky enjoys sports and particularly watching Spurs with his season tickets.
Managing Director – Head of Surveying
Having joined the company as a Graduate in 2013, Matthew’s tireless effort and loyalty has excelled his career to Director position and he now heads up the Surveying Department, overseeing all contract finances and executing our major contracts.
Matt is a keen golfer and regularly plays competitively at his local golf club.
Director- Head of Operations
With over 30 years under his belt, John’s experience speaks for itself. He is head of all site management and operatives. John’s technical knowledge and organisational skills are the reason why completion dates and budgets are met.
John will give anyone a good game of table tennis and regularly plays at his local club.

It is more than likely that Patrick will be your first point of call at Vesta Construction group.
With over 15 years’ experience in sales and business development, working for a London based main contractor in the fit out sector – Patrick is an expert at building relationships and managing / exceeding customers’ expectations.
When Patrick isn’t bringing in new business you can catch him at White Hart Lane cheering on his beloved Tottenham Hotspurs as he is a Spurs season ticket holder. Patrick also loves Tennis, basketball and boxing. He has also been known to pop up on a football podcast or two when he gets the time!
Company Secretary
Clare is in charge of the administration team at Vesta. She joined us in 2014 having worked for over 30 years in Director and Management roles at other companies. Clare’s team is the reason for the smooth internal operations of the company.
Compliance Manager (HR + H&S)
Claudine joined Vesta with a background in the science industry where she was an Operations Manager for over 12 years.
H&S: Claudine is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Health and Safety working closely with our Operations Director and retained Health & Safety consultants.
HR: Main point of contact for all staff. Claudine helps to improve and maintain our systems and communicate new guidance and training to the business.
Claudine is a QPR fan and Chair of a Sunday League football team.
Estimator
Chris brings valuable experience to the estimating team as he has over 20 years under his belt. He has priced jobs and looked after a number of different divisions in his career including – retail, social housing, new build, healthcare, refurbishment, commercial, insurance claims reinstatement and residential work.
When Chris does manage to find a bit of spare time you can catch him paddle boarding, enjoying a new movie at his local cinema or taking his young son to his football games.
Estimator
Simons more than 25 years’ experience in estimating has covering such sectors as; Retail, Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Warehouse and many types of first principles fabrication and manufacture.
He is used to pricing projects from very small works of only a few thousand pounds up to £15m.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys travelling with his wife, spending time with his children, science fiction movies and going to the local gym.
Senior Surveyor
Having gained a keen interest in the building industry working on site for nearly 10 years , Andy joined Vesta in capacity of Assistant Surveyor in 2019. He gained a promotion to Surveyor in 2021 and his goal is to qualify for membership with the CIOB.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys travelling, sports and music.
Quantity Surveyor
George brings valuable experience to our surveying department with his in-depth knowledge of the industry. He has managed projects ranging from 20k – 2.7m in the Commercial and Residential sectors. George started his journey at a bespoke carpentry and joinery sub-contractor where he undertook various roles including Quantity Surveyor, Contract Manager, Transport Manager, Joiner & design coordinator.
George’s spare time consist of fishing, football and family.
Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Kyle has just started his construction journey after acquiring a BTEC (level 3) in Construction & Built Environment. He joined our team in 2022 to assist the surveying department and is also attending University to study a HNC in Construction (Quantity Surveying Technician) whilst he learns the ropes at Vesta.
Outside of work Kyle enjoys playing sports particularly football. He is also a mean chess player. Kyle is happy to challenge anyone to a game (or two).
Contract Manager
Eamon started as an apprentice carpenter in 2005 working his way into Site Management. He joined Vesta as a Contract Manager in 2018.
Eamon bought his first Harley Davidson when he was 23, he enjoys sports and supports Liverpool.
Contract Manager
Kevin has worked in the industry for over 20 years working on prestigious buildings throughout London before joining Vesta as a Contract Manager in 2021.
Kevin enjoys keeping fit and watching most forms of sport, particularly rugby.
Consultant
Fausto is an Architect qualified by the RIBA. He has been working in the masonry restoration industry since qualifying in 2012. Fausto is a member of The SPAB, and his passion for the conservation of heritage buildings ensures that each project is specified and restored sympathetically to the building’s materials and relevant legislation.
