Ricky established Vesta with 10 years experience working as a Commercial Manager for a Main Contractor in London. Now, he oversees the senior management team ensuring he is fully appraised of each project as it progresses.
Outside of work Ricky enjoys sports and particularly watching Spurs with his season tickets.
Managing Director – Head of Surveying
Having joined the company as a Graduate in 2013, Matthew’s tireless effort and loyalty has excelled his career to Director position and he now heads up the Surveying Department, overseeing all contract finances and executing our major contracts.
Matt is a keen golfer and regularly plays competitively at his local golf club.
Director- Head of Operations
With over 30 years under his belt, John’s experience speaks for itself. He is head of all site management and operatives. John’s technical knowledge and organisational skills are the reason why completion dates and budgets are met.
John will give anyone a good game of table tennis and regularly plays at his local club.
Compliance Manager (HR + H&S)
Claudine joined Vesta with a background in the science industry where she was an Operations Manager for over 12 years.
H&S: Claudine is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Health and Safety working closely with our Operations Director and retained Health & Safety consultants.
HR: Main point of contact for all staff. Claudine helps to improve and maintain our systems and communicate new guidance and training to the business.
Claudine is a QPR fan and Chair of a Sunday League football team.
Senior Estimator
Simons more than 25 years’ experience in estimating has covering such sectors as; Retail, Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Warehouse and many types of first principles fabrication and manufacture.
He is used to pricing projects from very small works of only a few thousand pounds up to £15m.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys travelling with his wife, spending time with his children, science fiction movies and going to the local gym.
Senior Surveyor
Having gained a keen interest in the building industry working on site for nearly 10 years , Andy joined Vesta in capacity of Assistant Surveyor in 2019. He gained a promotion to Surveyor in 2021 and his goal is to qualify for membership with the CIOB.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys travelling, sports and music.
Surveyor
David is a Surveyor with a BA (Hons) qualification and is also a qualified Chartered Construction Manager. Before joining the surveying profession, he worked as a Project Manager, providing him with valuable hands-on site experience and a strong understanding of project delivery from both operational and commercial perspectives.
His practical knowledge, combined with his professional qualifications, enables David to provide well-rounded support across a wide range of projects, making him a highly valued member of the team.
Outside of work, David has a background in the arts. Notably, one of his paintings has been signed by the Chelsea team from the Mourinho era. He also captains a competitive Irish 8-ball pool team and is an official Guinness World Record holder.
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Marc joined the company as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor and, through his hard work and dedication, has progressed to the role of Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. Having developed his skills and knowledge quickly, Marc has become a valued member of our QS team, playing an important role in the successful delivery and financial management of our projects. Marc has a passion for driving and a keen interest in the latest technology.
Consultant
Fausto is an Architect qualified by the RIBA. He has been working in the masonry restoration industry since qualifying in 2012. Fausto is a member of The SPAB, and his passion for the conservation of heritage buildings ensures that each project is specified and restored sympathetically to the building’s materials and relevant legislation.
Document Controller & Administrator
Having joined the company as a Document Controller & Administrator, Kyra works across multiple departments, offering support to all and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Since joining the team, Kyra has become a valued member of the company through her dedication, organisation, and willingness to assist wherever needed. Her proactive approach and attention to detail make her an integral part of the wider team.
Outside of the office, Kyra enjoys holidays abroad, watching true crime documentaries, and socialising with friends.
