The works consisted of both internal and external refurbishment of a Grade II listed office building including:

• Upgrading roof insulation and liquid coating to main roof in line with Langley specification
• Renewal of lead work to dormer windows
• Overhaul, repair and decorate windows
• Masonry repair and redecoration
• Tanking the basement vaults
• New kitchenette
• New carpet flooring throughout
• Redecoration of walls and ceilings
• Structural repair work
• Installation of new air conditioning system
• Installation of new lighting and emergency lighting throughout.
