The works included:

• Steam clean front façade
• Repair and decorate all windows
• Overhaul all box gutters and RWGs
• Liquid overlay application to existing flat roof
• Repairs to slated pitch roof
• Repointing to eroded mortar joints
• Replace rotten decking
• Repairs to spalling rendered wall to the rear of the premises

• Decorate all previously painted areas
• Replace carpet
• Refurbish timber floor flush
• Repair / replace lighting
• Repair existing A/C system
