As Principal Contractor we carried out this External and Internal Repairs & Redecorations project in Bayswater.

We completed the works on time and on budget.

The external works included:

• External redecorations
• Windows repairs
• Roofing

The internal common parts works included:

• Redecorations
• Removal of carpet
• Restoration of the mosaic tiles and stone staircase
• Replastering
• Upgrade of electrical and fire alarm system.

The building was occupied throughout the works and we worked together with the residents to minimise disruption.
