Main Contractor
Our primary service is acting as Main Contractor under the JCT suite of contracts and Principal Contractor under Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
We provide competitive tenders for Designers including Architects and Building Surveyors. We also work with Local Authorities, Estate Managers and Agents to carry out refurbishment projects as a direct instruction.

We have successfully lead this working approach for nearly 25 years, working with various well-established clients throughout London and the UK.
The majority of our projects are executed under JCT Minor Works, Intermediate and Design and Build contracts, but our senior team members also have experience with FIDIC and NEC.
Every project has a site-specific audit at an early stage to ensure our duties are upheld under CDM regulations 2015. Our audits are continuous throughout the project and reviewed by our Health and Safety Advisor to ensure all documents are relevant and up-to-date until and after project completion.
We use programmes on every project to ensure unexpected delays are minimised and we plan for any extensions of time early on in order to achieve the project under budget.
