The works included:

• DOFF Cleaning to brickwork
• Stone repairs
• Roof repairs
• Sash window repairs
• General repairs
• Redecorations.

The building was occupied throughout the works (mixed residential and commercial).

The ground floor retail units remained occupied and temporary signs were provided.
