The works included:

• Erection of scaffolding
• Application of 20-year guaranteed liquid roofing system
• Brickwork and stonework repairs
• Fire escape renewal
• Sash window repairs
• Structural vault works including beam installations
• General repair and redecoration works to all elevations

The building was occupied throughout the works.
