As Main Contractor, we executed this 11 week external repair & redecoration contract opposite Covent Garden Underground Station.
The works included:
- Erection of scaffolding
- DOFF clean to the bricks
- Stone element on all elevations.
- Masonry repairs
- Specialist paint coating application to all windows
The building was occupied throughout the works (mixed residential and commercial).
